    Today I received the worst manicure of my life. The woman was literally nipping my skin off with the cuticle nipper, cut my finger and told me not to cry. Proceeding on with her 10 min manicure for $12 she polished my nails in a huge rush and left polish all over my fingers. So disgusted and never going back. I can't even believe that's a business for them. I can't imagine I'm the only unhappy customer.
